Social Media Specialist - Transmed - Lebanon

Description
- Collaborates with cross-functional teams to develop marketing and communications plans that leverage the social media space
- Develops content across owned and earned social channels. This could include blog posts, tweets, status updated, pins, photos and videos

Front End Developer - Visualizing Palestine

The Visualizing Impact (VI) team is looking for a Front End Developer to join our team full time in Amman, Beirut, or Ramallah. The position requires experience in HTML5, Javascript, and CSS. The successful candidate is comfortable with a CSS preprocessor such as Sass; is familiar with trends in web design and technology; possesses in-depth knowledge of social media platforms and APIs such as Facebook and Twitter; and is adept at object oriented analysis and design. Additionally, a strong team ethic and excellent written and verbal communication skills are essential.

- Interpreting graphic visual or interactive designs in HTML, CSS, and Javascript
- Creating visually appealing web pages or interfaces
- Programming interaction with JavaScript and/or a library such as jQuery or Prototype
- Testing cross browser, cross platform, and/or cross device compatibility
- Communicating progress and delays to VI and VP team members and meeting project timelines and deliverables

- Experience in HTML5, Javascript and CSS

Duties
