Required Skills
- Ability to conduct effective research and proceed with correlated jobs: sketching, prototyping, brainstorming & testing
- Good analytical skills , by gathering necessary requirements from concerned parties and information that will help in the design process
- Demonstrate ability on designing Business Applications over different platforms (Web, Desktop, Mobile, Tablets devices)
- Proven experience in designing creative & user-friendly Business Applications
- Knowledge and effective usage of UI Design Patterns best standards and practices
- Demonstrate the ability to design creative Marketing /Corporate materials (Corporate branding, logo design, page layout design, ...) using the adequate software and innovative concepts
- Exceptional interpersonal skills with team members
- Accomplished at incorporating the desires of the client with a superior design solution
- Ability to resolve issues and work on concurrent projects
- Eagerness to learn and develop technical skills
Required Experience
- Minimum 5 years of experience in Graphic/Web Design,
- Experience with HTML/CSS/web design
- Hands-on experience with the following Software tools: Photoshop, Adobe Illustrator, InDesign ..- Flash,
- Hands-on experience with Microsoft Expression Blend is a plus
- Experience in SCRUM is a plus
Education & Certification
- Bachelor degree in Graphic/Web Design or any related field
- Marketing Certification/know-how is a plus
