Digital Media Manager - Team Red Dot - UAE

The Digital Media Manager will be expected to:
- Build and maintain strong relationships with digital media suppliers, both in the local and foreign markets
- Handle all media related to digital, mobile, SMS and social media advertising on behalf of our client portfolio
- Negotiate rates, positions, and other benefits with all digital media on behalf of our clients
- Formulate media plans and pitches, including suggesting media, tracking media metrics and obtaining the best solutions for each client
- Research, plan and buy media across a range of platforms (including display, EDMs, mobile, social and SMS)
- Ensure that all ads appear on time once booked, and liaise with third party vendors for tracking of campaigns
- Provide creative ideas and contribute to pitches when required
- Conduct meetings in the office with various media suppliers, and from time-to-time, accompany the client services team when meeting with clients
- Take the lead on all digital tenders and pitches which Team Red Dot is participating in.
- Present digital strategies to clients

Basic Requirements
- Full competency on Microsoft Office products (Word, Excel, Outlook, and PowerPoint)
- Strong administrative and organizational skills
- Strong communication skills (internal and external)
- Excellent negotiation skills
- Outgoing personality (persuasive & articulate)
- Presentation skills
- Ability to problem solve
- Ability to multi-task amongst multiple client and media owner requests
- Ability to work under tight deadlines
- Proactive approach to work and efficiency
- Fluency in English is mandatory, and fluency in other languages are an advantage
- Experience within a Media Agency is Mandatory
- Knowledge of the local media is necessary
- buying/real time bidding Understanding and Knowledge is a must
- Knowledge and experience of working with media in key international markets is a big advantage
- Commitment to deadlines is essential
- Knowledge and experience with the main media monitoring and analysis software is a must.
- Bachelor’s Degree in Marketing, Media or any related field
- MBA in Marketing, PCM, CIM or similar is a great added value
