- Implement & incorporate strategy from the Brief and direction from the Creative Director
- Taking part in brainstorming and creative planning sessions
- Ensuring concepts contain tasteful, creative & beautifully crafted art direction and with material accuracy
- Prepare and refine concepts for internal and client presentations and provide rationale behind these concepts
- Participate in project update/status meetings with project team as required
- Keep up to date and informed on the best work within our industry
- Multitask and generate quality work in a very busy, fast paced environment.
- Good listener, strong conceptual skills and able to handle and learn from constructive criticism
- Passion for creating breakthrough creative that gets results
- At least 7 – 9 years of experience as an Art Director in an advertising environment
- Experience working in an integrated agency environment
