We are expanding our regional team to offer additional support to our clients in the United Arab Emirates. And we are looking for User Experience Designer who can and wants to manage a team of designer to create the best possible experience for customers across various platforms.

- It is a great opportunity for a designer looking to have a new experience and manage a team of designers.
- As part of the role you will be working with our team in Dubai and oversee the creation of User Experience across multi brands and platforms.
- You should have a strong point of view on what makes a great user experience and be able to articulate that to other as well as execute it yourself.
- Since our headquarters are in Beirut, you must be willing to move to, work and life in Lebanon and not mind frequent travels to Dubai, to work with some of our clients.
- Fluency in English is a must. (any knowledge of Arabic is nice to have)

Program Assistant - Masar - Lebanon

Masar association is recruiting a full time Program Assistant for one year, starting immediately as of date of signing contract. The Program Assistant will be reporting to the Executive Director.

Masar association works in the field of Development with a focus on youth. Through this focus, Masar works on 2 levels in parallel: at the community level, through its Community Youth Development (CYD) program, and at the policy level, through the Youth Advocacy Process (YAP/ www.yap-lb.org) and the Youth Forum for Youth Policy (www.youthforum-lb.org).

S/he will be responsible of the following tasks:
- Coordinating specific projects’ activities as per given guidelines;
- Designing social media campaigns, administering and updating various social media platforms;
- Designing reports, newsletters, booklets, posters, info-graphics, etc;
- Updating the websites operated by the association;
- Attending specific projects meetings and taking minutes when requested;
- Preparing logistics for workshops and other activities;
- Contributing to administrative work when need be.

Applicants’ academic and Professional Qualifications:
- A Bachelor in graphic design and/ or social sciences or other related fields;
- Minimum of 4 years of relevant work experience; experience in the NGO sector is required.

Knowledge, Skills & Personal Attributes:
- Good computer application skills in Microsoft Excel, Word, PowerPoint, Photoshop, Illustrator, web design or equivalent design software;
- High knowledge of social media; showing work on social media campaigns is requested.
- Good communication and interpersonal skills;
- Strong organizational and team work skills;
- Good cultural awareness and sensitivity;
- Very Good command of English;
- Very good writing skills in Arabic and English;
- Good knowledge of the NGO operations and its dynamics;
