The Graphic Designer role is to work on delivering design services for Mindshare and Mindshare clients in the Middle East and North Africa. Services to clients include buzz monitoring & insights, community management & engagement, content management, social media strategy and content/activation partnerships.
The person will report into the Regional Social Media Manager with a dotted line to the Regional PR Manager and Regional Chief Strategy Officer, in the following areas:
- Creating design solutions for different marketing materials e.g. greetings cards, brochure, FPC, online banners, credentials, case studies, etc.
- Develop material for Mindshare website, Facebook & twitter pages
- Develop visual concepts for Mindshare events
Mindshare Social Media Clients Requirements
- Social Media designs of platforms
- Post and image design for various clients
Mindshare Strategy requirements
- Work alongside Invention Studio team to produce visual concepts that illustrate ideas
- Support production manager in production of any visual creative assets
- Develop pitch materials where required
Desired Skills and Experience
The ideal candidate will have the following experience
- 4/5 years experience
- Portfolio of work demonstrating experience of working with variety of clients
- Strong skills across Adobe suite (Photoshop, InDesign and Illustrator)
- English and Arabic (Fluent)
- Knowledge of major social media platforms design specifications (YouTube, Facebook, Twitter)
- Animation skills
- Video editing skills
- Coding and development skills (HTML, Flash)
- Knowledge of new social media platforms design specifications (Vine, Snapchat, Slingshot)
