Creative Designer (UI/UX)
The creative designer will be responsible for developing visual designs and user interfaces
from conceptual mockups to finalized experiences ready for development.
- The design projects can be for websites, responsive web, mobile applications, banners, promos, social
elements, etc.
- Utilize Photoshop, Fireworks and/or Illustrator to create designs that represent knowledge of
design/interaction best practices and design patterns
- Responsible for the user journey and user interface of the created products from a design prospective
- Create brand guidelines and ensure the consistency of a high-quality product at all times
- Prepare and organize work to be accomplished by gathering information and materials
- Negotiate projects’ timelines with different teams and provide estimates
- Coordinate with team members to ensure delivery of successful projects
- Maintain technical knowledge by attending design workshops; reviewing professional publications;
participating in professional societies
Requirements
- 2-3 years of professional experience
- Arabic is a must
- Experience in Media/Web Portals and have designed digital products.
- Preferably an MSc or a degree from a well reputed university
- Background in fine arts or graphic design combined with college courses in computer science and
hands-on computer experience
- Experienced user of Adobe Photoshop, Dreamweaver, illustrator and Flash; FTP software
- Familiarity with HTML, XHTML and CSS web languages
- Ability to work within standard business process and procedures as well as to follow management
directions with minimal supervision
- Ability to be organized with a detail and accuracy orientation

The mission of the Digital Officer is to help develop the e-commerce activities of L’Artisan du Liban. These tasks will include acting as support for the online activities and products created for the online platform.
Tasks
*** Product management
- Responsible of uploading product content and information
- Responsible of uploading campaigns pictures and information
- Follow-up on stock inventory, re-orders
- Help with the product photography sessions
- Help with monthly reports
- Monitor for bugs and discrepancies on platform
- Assist in the content creation for campaigns and social media
*** Shipping of orders
- Follow-up on shipped orders with shipping partners
- Order materials and packaging for shipping
*** Customer care
- Handle customer feedback for products, order, shipping & returns
- Notify management of payment issues
- Follow-up on online payment issues with bank and customer
*** Production
- Assist in the production process of online products: from design to reception
- Follow-up of orders with the suppliers
- Quality control on received orders
- Generate products description and specification
Skills
- Microsoft Office proficiency
- Excellent communication, interpersonal and team working skills
