Graphic Designer & Social Media

Division: Residential Buildings
Reports to: General Manager

Main duties & responsibilities
Artwork creation: brochures, adverts, flyers, business cards and other marketing collateral and preparing artwork for print where necessary
Designing and producing highly creative, impactful presentations for new business pitches and client presentations
Create e-shot designs for e-marketing campaigns
Creation of quarterly internal newsletter
Plan and execute all web, SEO/SEM, email marketing, social media, and Google Adwords advertising campaigns
Design, and promote our social media presence, on all social media channels pictures, texts etc…
Measure and report performance of all digital marketing campaigns, and assess against goals (ROI and KPIs)
Identify trends and insights, and optimize performance based on the insights
Work with sales and other internal departments to understand their needs
Think creatively, generate new ideas, designs and concepts Events
Update website with news items, vacancies and other content via the web content management system
Assist with writing of press releases and blogs

Key Requirements
Bachelor Degree in Design or Marketing or a related field
Experience of working as a graphic designer and social media executive
Fluent in English (written and spoken).
Competence in Adobe CS - InDesign, Illustrator & Photoshop; Microsoft Office in particular Microsoft Word, Excel and PowerPoint; Database Management
